Adler’s Deli Meats is a family business, owned and run by Vendi Klaushofer and his son Vendi jnr. We specialise in the production of superior cold meat and sausage products for the food service and retail industry.
Traditional German Recipes and only the best quality ingredients are used in the manufacturing of our products. All our ingredients are from recognised suppliers.
No mechanically recovered meat, genetically modified ingredients, chemical colourings or preservatives, artificial additives, fillers, excessive fat or meat extenders are used in our products. Natural wood chips are burned for our smoking process instead of smoke essence. Our products have little or no shrinkage after cooking.
